Lo que sí es cierto, es que guarda dónde te conectas, o al menos el iphone lo guarda(y no me extrañaría que la cuenta de Apple también lo guardara).

Sobre lo de Sony, lo busqué y es esta cosa:

content of your communications, the time and location of your activities, your Online ID and IP
address and any other collectable data, to enforce this Agreement or protect the interests of
SNEI, its affiliates, SEN First Party Service users or SNEI's or its affiliates’ licensors. Such
information may be disclosed to appropriate authorities or agencies. Any other use is subject to
the terms of SNEI’s Privacy Policy. SNEI has no liability for any violation of this Agreement by
you or by any other SEN First Party Service user. 

Curiosamente en la sección de "Community Rules"; creo que se refiere a que Sony puede quitarles el acceso a quienes transgredan las normas de la comunidad; no estoy seguro que tenga que ver con el error que mencionó Dross.

En el puesto más que todo el 7 y 6, el 1 se me hace ridiculo :P

Entiendo que es Dross y exagera demasiado las cosas, pero me dio curiosidad si alguno a experimentado ese error del PS4 que menciona.
